Geckolighting LED tubes do not require a ballast, capacitor or starter. If you are iinstalling Geckol LED tubes into an existing light fixture, these items must be removed or bypassed to achieve maximum energy savings.

DO NOT use Gecko LED tubes in fittings with electronic ballasts until modified as per details below.

Gecko LED tube Installation Instructions:

	TURN OFF POWER Remove fluro tube from fitting
	Remove fitting cover Remove/bypass ballast, capacitor & starter (if fitted)
	Modify wiring - Live to one end and Neutral to other. (See schematic below).
	Replace fitting cover Install new Gecko LED tube Connect to power
